Job Description

Form 7 Pass or Diploma in relevant field.
Experience in a sales role, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Supervise and support a team of sales representatives to achieve area sales goals and KPIs.
Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies and promotional plans.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Conduct regular field visits to assess customer satisfaction and ensure high service standards.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and improve performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
