Job Description

Interlinc Solutions (Fiji) PTE Ltd, part of the Interlinc Group specialising in warehousing, distribution channel management, logistics, and electronic payment solutions and services across the Pacific, is looking for a motivated and hands-on National Sales Manager to drive our nationwide sales and distribution activities across Fiji.

This is a field-based role where you’ll work directly with a team of 15 sales staff, strengthen customer and reseller relationships, oversee fleet utilisation and costs, and ensure compliance with strict customer reporting and service level agreements. The role is based in Suva, Central Division with regular travel to the Western and Northern Divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Lead and support a national sales team of 15 staff
• · Grow and manage reseller relationships across Fiji
• · Ensure daily retail visits, coverage, and stock availability
• · Deliver sales growth and ensure daily/weekly targets are achieved
• · Monitor and control fleet usage and vehicle/fuel costs
• · Prepare weekly/monthly reports (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
• · Ensure compliance with company processes, SLAs, and KPIs
• · Ensure compliance with company sales and cash handling processes

What We’re Looking For:

• · 3–5 years’ experience in sales and distribution management
• · Hands-on manager who works in the field, not just from behind a desk
• · Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• · Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (Power BI an advantage)
• · Professional spoken and written English
• · Must hold a valid driver’s licence
• · Must have a clean police record
• · Must be eligible to work in Fiji (Fiji Nationals only)
