How will I help?
As the Regional Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Pacific Banking business by:
• Managing user access across systems, ensuring secure and efficient access for all stakeholders.
• Resolving system access issues and business queries from departments and branches across the region.
• Driving process improvements and operational excellence through data analysis and business intelligence.
• Supporting internal and external reporting needs, including audit requirements.
• Facilitating process design, testing, training, and implementation through the Process Accelerator (PA) application.
• Assisting with ATM encryption and related technical queries.
• Maintaining and enhancing the Pacific Knowledge Library (PKL), ensuring resources are accurate and accessible.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless system and process support.
What do I need?
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Strong technical skills in business applications, data analysis (including MySQL), and process modelling.
• Proven experience in application and project management, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills to engage stakeholders across the Pacific.
• A tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
