In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming and informative experience for our customers, while supporting the day-to-day operations of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide knowledgeable wine recommendations and product information
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and restocking
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Support promotional activities and contribute to a positive team environment
- Work collaboratively to achieve sales targets and store goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- A genuine interest in wine and the industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Basic numeracy skills for processing transactions
