In 1998, Fiji Coffee was founded by Mr. Neil Underhill, and was soon joined by Mr. Tomu Suliasi, who became the late Master Roaster, helping with Fiji Coffee’s daily operations. Alone, the two gentlemen roasted coffee beans, packaged & delivered to all customers. As the coffee culture grew, the team expanded.Today, Fiji Coffee is a well-known brand in Fiji Hotels/Resorts & Hospitality.
