Job Description
- Carry out scheduled maintenance, checks and repairs on general mechanical related matters, welding, servicing of the steam boilers gas and diesel,
- Repair and maintenance on the Cargo transporter vehicle hydraulic scissors lift, knowledge on the dumbwaiters(lift), overhauling of the refrigeration compressors.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance checks and repairs on all Company Refrigeration & Air Condition Plants and Equipment in accordance with the Plant and Equipment Maintenance Manuals.
- Maintain, repair, fabricate and renovate company buildings, facilities and equipment under the supervision of the Property Maintenance Supervisor and maintenance team.
- Assist the Property Maintenance Supervisor and team in planning & designing and implementation in projects.
- Any other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Pass in Year 12 or equivalent. Must have successfully completed an Apprenticeship or equivalent of a Trade Certificate in plant maintenance or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum five (5) years related work experience.
- Must have a valid LTA Full Group 2 driving license with a clean record is essential.
- A sound knowledge and experience in the field of welding and fabrication. Experience in building maintenance (Plumbing & Carpentry) with some electrical and steam boiler knowledge would be an advantage.
