This is an executive leadership role responsible for managing the financial aspects of the company. The role will include overseeing financial planning, risk management, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support decision-making. The Chief Financial Officer will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as shareholders, auditors, suppliers, and regulators
Requirements
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies supporting Telecom’s goals and objectives
Oversee the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Manage cash flow, investments, and liquidity to ensure Telecom’s financial health.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor and report financial performance, identifying trends and variances to inform business decisions
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, standards, and internal policies
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Executive leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on financial matters
Lead the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholders
Qualification & Experience:
Master’s in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
CPA Certification.
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably as a CFO or in a similar capacity.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance and performance management principles.
Proven track record of successful financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.
Experience in risk management and implementing financial controls
