Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Manager – Digital & Cyber Security to lead our cyber security and digital management initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and implementing robust cyber security strategies, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s digital infrastructure and supporting cyber risk prevention across all business channels.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement cyber security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect information systems and mitigate digital risks.
• Lead and mentor the cyber security team.
• Oversee the deployment and ownership of security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, XDR, DLP, VAPT, and Security Operations Center.
• Analyze threats and incidents and lead timely response efforts to minimize impact.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen fraud prevention and risk management controls.
• Ensure compliance with ISO27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, PCI DSS, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Represent the organization in engagements with law enforcement, regulators, and industry partners.
• Promote continuous learning and development within the cyber security team.
• Lead onboarding and integration of security solutions for customers.
• Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and reviews.
Requirements (Education, Experience and Key Competencies)
• Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, Information Technology, or Networking.
• Master’s degree would be advantageous.
• Extensive industry experience in cyber security, cyber fraud detection, and digital risk management.
• Proficiency in SIEM, SOAR, XDR, DLP, VAPT and other security tools.
• Strong understanding of ISO27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CRISC) are highly desirable
