The Role
As the AMR Research Officer, you’ll work with hospitals, laboratories, and communities to:
- Support and conduct hospital and community-based research.
- Collect and manage data using REDCap and other tools.
- Engage with study participants and stakeholders across Fiji.
- Contribute to training, reporting, and strengthening local research capacity.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- A degree in Nursing or Public Health (3–5 years’ experience).
- Proven research experience (data collection/entry, hospital & community studies).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in diverse teams.
Desirable: postgraduate training in public health/epidemiology, project management experience, and familiarity with Fiji’s health systems.
