Full-Time Area Sales Supervisor

Job Description
- Form 7 Pass or Diploma in relevant field.
- Experience in a sales role, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Supervise and support a team of sales representatives to achieve area sales goals and KPIs.
- Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies and promotional plans.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess customer satisfaction and ensure high service standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with other departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to optimize sales efforts.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
