The Wonderful Company is expanding its investments in Fiji by diversifying into agriculture under the newly established entity, Natural Agriculture PTE Ltd (NAPL). NAPL will predominantly grow citrus and papaya, as well as beekeeping model farms for education.
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Labasa-based Farm Manager to join our team immediately. This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on manager to establish a new commercial agricultural operation in Vanua Levu. In this fast-paced role, you will oversee daily farm operations, supervise a dedicated team, manage resources efficiently, and drive continuous improvements to enhance crop yield, quality, and sustainability. What You Will be Doing:
- Manage and supervise daily farming operations, including planting, irrigation, fertilization, crop protection, and harvesting activities
- Identify local talent and build agriculture team
- Implement farm plans and schedules, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks
- Supervise, train, and support farm staff, fostering a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment
- Monitor crop performance, resource usage, and farm activities, providing regular progress updates
- Ensure the proper use, care, and maintenance of farm equipment, machinery, and infrastructure, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance
- Assist with workforce planning, labor allocation, and task assignments to meet production goals and seasonal requirements
- Support budget management by tracking operational expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and controlling input usage
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors for inputs and services as needed
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying operational challenges and recommending practical solutions
- Contribute to nursery management, workforce development, and implementation of sustainable farming practices
- Ensure compliance with all laws, including OHS and environmental compliance
- Support organizational quality compliance and environmental initiatives across the site
Qualifications
The successful candidate should have:
- Minimum 5 years farm management experience.
- Experience in successfully delivering large agriculture projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Strong problem-solving, idea generation and creative solutions.
- Awareness of agricultural best practices and methods, and willingness to grow.
Physical demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently.
