To succeed in this role, you must possess the following:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Excellent administrative skills and proven ability to reset systems and processes to improve efficiencies.
- Proven examples of anticipating documentation needed for meetings and arranging them proactively
- Proven examples of managing costs by challenging all costs that you process for approvals.
- Proven ability to handle VIPs like Directors with clear structures and care and efficiently.
- Proven examples of having exceptional intuition, and anticipatory skill, as well as ability to connect the dots – which skills that have prevented poor decisions and /or prompted timely action to be taken to avoid problems arising.
- Be a strategic partner to the MD & CEO by building trust, ensuring confidentiality, and anticipating needs.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Legal Administration, Sales & Marketing or demonstrated level of knowledge acquired through experience.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
