Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Nadi Fiji for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring operational performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with different departments, and contributing to the development of operational strategies. The Operations Manager will also handle resource allocation, inventory management, and process improvements to achieve optimal operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Experience in operations management, ideally within the aviation or manufacturing industries.
- Proficiency in inventory management and resource allocation
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Nadi Fiji
