Job Description

How will I help?
You will partner with a Relationship Manager in managing a portfolio & providing exceptional customer experience by engaging and delighting customers at every opportunity to identify their needs and present solutions to fulfil those needs.
What do I need?
You will need to have broad knowledge of Westpac’s products and processes with particular
focus on Business products as well as knowledge of Westpac risk/ credit and compliance
standards, process and policies. You should be able to understand customer needs and deliver superior customer experience. You should have sound computer skills, including Intranet,
spread sheeting and word processing applications. Having lending skills and a good
knowledge of legal end to end process would be an added advantage.
