We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Audit Officer to support our Audit Manager/GFC in executing the internal audit plan. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily audit fieldwork, including tests of controls and substantive testing.
• Document business processes and workflows through interviews and observations.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data and evidence to support audit findings.
• Prepare detailed and accurate audit working papers and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of draft audit findings for management review.
• Liaise professionally with departmental process owners to obtain necessary information.
• Support the annual risk assessment and audit planning process.

Are You the One?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in internal or external auditing. (Relevant internship experience will be considered for exceptional fresh graduates.)
• Part-qualified or actively pursuing a professional qualification such as CIA, CPA, CA, or CIMA.
• Membership as a Graduate Member of the Fiji Institute of Accountants (FIA) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is essential; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
